U.S. warehouse fulfillment

Inventory sold through Devanti Direct US is fulfilled from our U.S.-based warehouse. Domestic orders do not wait for international fulfillment before dispatch.

Estimated delivery time

Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days for most contiguous U.S. addresses after order processing. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, peak-season volume, address issues, or remote destinations.

For Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO boxes, and remote areas, shipping eligibility, cost, and timing are confirmed at checkout.

Large and heavy products

Large or heavy products may require specialized handling, may ship separately, and can take additional transit time. The available shipping method, price, and delivery estimate shown at checkout are based on the items and destination.

Order tracking

Tracking information is sent using the contact information supplied at checkout when the order ships. Use the link in the shipping confirmation or visit our Track Your Order page.

Delivery damage

If an order arrives damaged, keep the product and all original packaging. Email devanti@devantidirectus.top promptly with the order number and clear photos of the outer carton, shipping label, packing materials, and item so we can review the carrier claim and next steps.

Address changes

Email devanti@devantidirectus.top as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee an address change after an order has entered fulfillment.
